Profile Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsperson in the HVAC or building services industry.
  
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for mechanical modelling and documentation.
  
• Demonstrated experience preparing shop drawings for mechanical/HVAC systems.
  
• Familiarity with fabrication parts and content within Revit.
  
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) BIM Collaborate is highly regarded.
  
• Sound knowledge of Australian construction and mechanical services standards
  
• Strong attention to detail, problem -solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  

Core responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed 3D mechanical services models using Revit.
  
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings for HVAC installations, including duct work, pipework, and equipment layouts.
  
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained and documentation is constructible.
  
• Incorporate and manage fabrication -level detailing in Revit for prefabrication and site installation purposes.
  
• Ensure models and drawings are compliant with project specifications and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants via platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM Collaborate (preferred).
  
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and documentation accuracy.
