Manages talent acquisition activities for assigned organizations or geographies. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Consults and manages services related to the design and development of recruiting strategies, communications, metrics and technology to facilitate the talent acquisition process. Ensures customer satisfaction with the utilization and implementation of advanced metrics to evaluate the performance of the function. Supports assigned business unit. Directly responsible for the management of Talent Acquisition staff in support of the primary SBU, and is responsible for the customer relationship, associated metrics and performance satisfaction for the matrixed SBU. Responsible for identifying, designing and implementing resources and software to define industry staffing capabilities and advance the function. Partners with Diversity, Field HR, Employee Relations and Legal to ensure policy, practice and process are regulatory and legal. Develops, implements and evaluates staffing projects. Manages large scale staffing projects. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires a BA degree in HR or related field; 8 years experience in recruitment and development/implementation of talent acquisition strategies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
