Senior Consultant - Support Engineer

Important Information

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Mode:  Hybrid Set up 3x onsite per week in BGC

Job Summary

Senior‑level consultant to support LDLP (Local Data Lake Platform) provisioning and operational support activities. The consultant will act as a hands‑on delivery resource, responsible for executing LDLP provisioning, onboarding, and support activities in line with defined standards, tools, and governance. This will be a delivery‑based consulting engagement with clear accountability and outcomes

Responsibilities and Duties

The consultant is expected to independently deliver the following services:

LDLP Provisioning & Onboarding

• Execute LDLP provisioning activities for new and existing data projects


• Review and translate provisioning requests into deployable inputs


• Provision principals, data projects, and environments using approved Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) templates


• Coordinate and support prerequisite setup, including:




• AD / Entra ID groups


• Service Principals and managed identities


• RBAC assignments and access configurations

Platform Operations & Support

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for LDLP environments (DEV / QA / PRD)


• Troubleshoot and resolve LDLP‑related incidents, access issues, and configuration problems


• Perform post‑deployment validation, health checks, and stabilization


• Support change requests related to LDLP provisioning and access

DevOps & Automation Support

• Work with Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines supporting LDLP


• Ensure deployments follow version‑controlled standards and approved processes


• Support minor enhancements or fixes to existing provisioning assets, where required

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with internal Data, Architecture, Security, and IT teams


• Follow established ITSM processes (incident, change, and request management)


• Maintain documentation and support knowledge continuity

Required Consultant Profile

A senior hands‑on consultant with proven experience in:

• Azure‑based enterprise data platforms


• Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or equivalent)


• Azure services including:




• Azure Data Lake


• Azure Databricks


• Azure Data Factory




• Identity and access management:




• AD / Entra ID


• Service Principals, Managed Identities


• RBAC and SCIM‑based access models




• DevOps‑driven delivery (Azure DevOps preferred)


• Supporting production platforms in global enterprise environments

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within defined standards are required.

• Timely and accurate provisioning of LDLP resources


• Stable platform support with effective incident resolution


• Complete and up‑to‑date documentation of work performed


• Proper knowledge transfer to internal teams or replacement resources when needed
