MIS - Healthcare (Cebu)

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: IT Park, Cebu

Schedule: Nightshift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 4 years relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken) High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS office application
• Knowledgeable in VB/VBA and Power BI
• Excellent Power apps and Power Automation knowledge
• Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers for planning of staffing, capacity utilization, seating
• Good statistical, analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge in other WFM activities including Intraday Planning, Forecasting Shrinkage
• Scripting skills and database knowledge should be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by the stakeholders 
• Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand the business information needs
• Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)
