Our Wealth Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of MIS Officer.

As an MIS Officer, you will assist in updating MIS reports, serve as additional support for Priority segment-related tasks, and provide support to the WM Head and Markets Segment Head by carrying out Wealth Management-related administrative tasks.

What the role will entail

• Update and deliver MIS reports (i.e., Daily Volume Tracking Report, NTB and Attrition Report, Client Profitability, etc.).
• Support the Markets Segment Head with execution of EastWest Priority client segment-related requirements.
• Support the WM Head & Markets Segment Head on administrative tasks (i.e., new hire onboarding and offboarding requirements).
• Ensure that control procedures outlined in IOM are fully implemented and ensure staff compliance with the same.
• Comply with all relevant policies and procedures covering local regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an Information Technology or related course.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Systems related applications and updates.
• Proficient in Visual Basic, SQL, MS Excel and MS Office Applications for various system and MIS requirements and reports.
• With basic knowledge of various computer applications and system (i.e., email software, internet browser, operating system, and network/firewall system).
