We are seeking a highly organised Mobilisation Administrator to coordinate workforce mobilisation, demobilisation, compliance, and travel logistics for shutdown and project-based works. The ideal candidate has experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, logistics, or operational support, preferably within mining, resources, oil and gas, heavy industry, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation activities to ensure personnel are ready for site deployment.
Manage compliance requirements including medicals, drug and alcohol screening, tickets, competencies, VOCs, inductions, and site access requests.
Arrange flights, interstate travel, site travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
Prepare and issue mobilisation and demobilisation plans to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate labour lists, mobilisation records, workforce updates, and documentation.
Communicate with workforce, site teams, workforce planning, recruitment, training, and compliance teams.
Escalate mobilisation risks, delays, or compliance issues that may impact site readiness or start dates.
Support job-to-job transitions and ensure mobilisation requirements are completed for upcoming projects.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or relevant field with minimum of 3 years’ experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, logistics, or operational support.
Background in construction, shutdown, engineering, mining, resources, oil and gas, or heavy industry environments is highly regarded.
Experience managing high-volume or time-critical workforce mobilisation requirements.
Knowledge of site access, compliance documentation, travel logistics, and accommodation coordination.
Experience using mobilisation or workforce management systems such as Airtable, Pegasus, INX, SAP, or similar is desirable.
Strong communication skills with workers, internal teams, clients, and service providers.
Strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in compliance documentation and workforce records.
Must be willing towork full time onsite atArcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
