Role Overview


The Crewing Administrator, internally known as Mobilisation Administrator will support the screening, onboarding, mobilisation, and deployment of personnel for an international client. This role ensures employee records, compliance documents, and mobilisation requirements are completed accurately and on time.

    Key Responsibilities:



    • Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams regarding crewing and mobilisation requirements.

    • Support candidate screening, onboarding, deployment, and mobilisation activities.

    • Collect and verify pre-employment documents, licences, certifications, medicals, and other compliance requirements.

    • Maintain accurate employee records, crewing trackers, and system information.

    • Monitor document expiry dates, outstanding requirements, and mobilisation deadlines.

    • Manage employee enquiries and mobilisation updates through email and Microsoft Teams.

    • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other supporting documentation.

    • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workforce deployment.



    What We're Looking For:



    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in crewing, mobilisation, workforce onboarding, recruitment administration, or a related role.

    • Experience supporting the onboarding and mobilisation of blue-collar, white-collar, and skilled workers, preferably within construction, mining, engineering, industrial, or other project-based environments.

    • Experience using SuccessFactors, or a comparable HR, recruitment, or crewing system.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

    • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    • Willing to work ONSITE at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
