What will you do?

This role Modeller, Bridges & Civil Structures will support the delivery of bridge and civil structures projects across NZ, contributing to a diverse portfolio ranging from transport infrastructure to complex structural systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help deliver high-quality digital models and documentation that support both existing and upcoming major projects.

This role will work closely with the project teams and the operations team (service owners, service delivery manager, L1/L2 support teams, change management and the infrastructure teams).

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Develop and deliver Revit models and detailed drawings for bridges and civil structures projects
• Produce accurate technical documentation aligned with NZ standards (or similar)
• Support digital delivery workflows, including coordination using tools such as Navisworks, ACC, BIM360
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and drafters to ensure integrated project delivery
• Contribute to model quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements
• Assist in resolving design and modelling issues during project delivery
• Support existing and upcoming large-scale infrastructure projects

You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications (Required)

• 5+ years of experience in bridge and civil structure drafting and modelling
• Strong experience in Revit modelling
• Proven experience in bridge and civil structures drafting and project delivery
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and support junior team members
