What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the motor pool, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization.
Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs to keep the fleet in top condition.
Lead and supervise a team of drivers and maintenance staff.
Develop policies and procedures for motor pool operations.
Maintain records related to vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and safety inspections.
Collaborate with other departments to meet transportation needs effectively.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and regulations.
