NetSuite Administrator / Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands -on NetSuite Administrator / Developer to support and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment.

This individual will be responsible for developing custom solutions, optimizing business processes, building integrations, and supporting key operational initiatives across inventory management, distribution, reporting, automation, and AI transformation projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical NetSuite development expertise with business process acumen and can work closely with operations, finance, warehouse, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and visibility across the organization.

Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Suitelets, reporting, REST APIs, EDI, and third -party integrations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x.
  
• Develop and support Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts.
  
• Configure and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and process automation.
  
• Customize NetSuite records, forms, fields, dashboards, saved searches, and business processes.
  
• Design, develop, and support integrations between NetSuite and external applications.
  
• Build and maintain REST API, SOAP, EDI, and SFTP -based integrations.
  
• Support integrations with Salesforce, Brandfolder, SPS Commerce, Ozlink, WMS, and distribution platforms.
  
• Support inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
  
• Develop operational, financial, and executive dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and reports.
  
• Participate in AI and automation initiatives to improve business efficiency.
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration and development experience.
  
• Strong proficiency with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Custom Reporting, REST APIs, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience developing custom NetSuite applications and workflows.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Distribution, and Financial Operations.
  
• Experience supporting integrations between NetSuite and third -party platforms.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem -solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Celigo.
  
• Experience with EDI transaction sets and trading partner integrations.
  
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
  
• Experience supporting warehouse and distribution operations.
  
• Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• NetSuite certifications preferred.
  
• Experience with Boomi, Jitterbit, or other integration platforms is a plus.
