NetSuite Data Migration Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Data Migration Analyst to support implementation and go-live activities across multiple client projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving data quality challenges, and ensuring accurate migration of business and financial information into NetSuite.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, cleanse, transform, and validate client data for NetSuite migrations.

• Review client-provided spreadsheets and identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and formatting errors.

• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy.

• Execute and support NetSuite CSV imports and migration activities.

• Assist with financial data conversions, including opening balances, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform migration testing and post-load validation to ensure successful data conversion.

• Work closely with consultants and project teams to resolve migration-related issues.

• Create and maintain migration documentation, templates, and data validation reports.

• Support multiple implementation projects while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
  

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3 years of experience in data migration, data conversion, data analysis, ERP support, or a related role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, and reconciliation.

• Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing activities.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exposure to ERP systems and business processes.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.

• Exposure to ERP implementation or data migration projects.

• Understanding of accounting and financial data, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and opening balance conversions.

• Experience supporting construction, project-based, manufacturing, or field service organizations.

• Familiarity with CSV imports, data mapping, and migration testing.

• Basic SQL knowledge or experience with reporting and data extraction tools.

• Background in accounting, finance, business systems, or analytics.
