We are looking for a skilled Nutri Store Baker who can consistently produce high\-quality baked goods while maintaining food safety standards and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, follows recipes accurately, and contributes to the bakery’s success.

The Nutri Store Baker (Brgy. Mercedes, Zamboanga City) will be responsible for preparing breads, cookies, and other baked products according to standard recipes, monitoring baking processes, maintaining sanitation, managing inventory, and ensuring products meet presentation, taste, and texture standards before release.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course in bread and pastry preparation;
  




• Proven 1\-3 years of experience as baker or “hornero”.
  




• A certified TESDA NCII \- Bread and Pastry Preparation is an advantage.
  




• Proven experience as a baker or similar role is an advantage
  




• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  




• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately
  




• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation (e.g., GMP, HACCP)
  




• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift baking supplies
  




• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  




• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required
