Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Specialist to take ownership of our ERP system and support ongoing business growth. This role focuses on configuring, optimizing, and improving Odoo across multiple business entities, while also supporting key finance and bookkeeping functions.
You will play a critical role in enhancing system workflows, improving data visibility, and driving operational efficiency across purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, sales, and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the Odoo system, including configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement across multiple business entities
Review and streamline existing Odoo setup to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and usability
Design and implement end-to-end workflows across purchasing, inventory, manufacturing (MRP), sales, and accounting
Enhance reporting, data structure, and system automation to support business decision-making
Ensure seamless integration across departments and multi-company environments
Provide support on bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial records
Work closely with internal teams and external accountants to ensure alignment with Australian accounting standards (GST, BAS)
Identify process gaps and recommend scalable system and workflow improvements
Develop and maintain clear documentation and SOPs to support operations
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo, including system configuration and optimization
Strong understanding of inventory, procurement, and ERP workflows in a multi-company setup
Background in accounting or bookkeeping, with working knowledge of financial processes
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools, with strong data analysis capability
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Australian accounting (GST, BAS), intercompany transactions, or manufacturing/import-export environments is highly preferred
Highly detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing towork full time onsite atArcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
