We’re looking for a talented Office Manager to join our team at Expo Centric. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about building efficient office systems, managing documentation and compliance, supporting smooth day-to-day operations, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do


• Own and maintain office documentation, compliance records, vendor contracts, internal policies, SOPs, onboarding documents, and confidential files.
• Design and manage a centralised document management system, including version control, naming conventions, retention schedules, and access permissions.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, office presentation, correspondence, procurement, supplies, and day-to-day workplace coordination.
• Manage office budget tracking, invoice processing, reconciliation in Xero, and vendor payment coordination.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, induction scheduling, equipment requests, system access, and workplace readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, renewals, renegotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Support office compliance, WHS records, safety documentation, workplace inspections, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, client visits, internal celebrations, travel logistics, catering, and related vendor arrangements.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements across administrative systems, tools, and processes.
• Use platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, Excel, BambooHR, and Xero to support operational excellence.



What You Bring


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive office management or senior administrative experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior coordination capacity.
• Proven experience managing document control systems, compliance records, office administration, or operational documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Tagalog proficiency is an advantage.
• Confidence reviewing, drafting, and managing operational documents such as contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, policies, and SOPs.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience with vendor negotiation, budget tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
• High discretion and integrity when handling confidential documents, HR records, and sensitive business information.
• Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, Excel, and BambooHR or a similar HRIS.
• Experience with Power BI, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, DocuSign, or similar platforms is an advantage.
