Oversee daily business operations and departmental workflows
Coordinate, supervise, and delegate tasks to department heads and staff
Monitor operational performance and ensure company targets and objectives are achieved
Suggest Improvements on our systems, processes, controls, and operational efficiency across all departments
Assist management in planning, strategy development, and business decision-making
Ensure the timely completion of projects, deliveries, customer requirements, and internal objectives
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvements, updates, and business growth initiatives
Maintain effective communication and coordination among all departments
Evaluate employee and departmental performance, identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement action plans to increase productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency
Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend process improvements, staffing adjustments, training programs, and performance development initiatives
Establish, monitor, and enforce departmental KPIs and company standards
Identify operational issues, root causes, and bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, Retail Operations
Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and people-management skills
Proven experience in retail operations and customer service management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong personality with the confidence to identify issues, enforce accountability, and recommend corrective actions
Ability to identify operational gaps and provide effective solutions
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
