As an Oracle Tech Consultant Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Oracle technologies. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies to meet various organizational needs. This involves tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This is an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Managing installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
- Developing and supporting Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Collaborating with teams to optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure usage
- Integrating Oracle Data solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating their needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
