Role Overview:
The Order Management / Provisioning Support Specialist is responsible for accurately processing customer orders through supplier and carrier portals, ensuring all required information, documentation, and references are captured and recorded. The role supports service delivery operations by maintaining data accuracy, compliance with processes, and timely order submission.
What Weâre Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Order Management, Order Processing, Administration, or Back-Office Operations.
Experience using supplier, carrier, or third-party portals is desirable.
Experience working within SLA-driven environments is preferred.
Telecommunications industry experience is advantageous but not required.
What Youâll Be Working On:
Process customer orders through supplier, carrier, and internal systems.
Review order requests for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
Enter and maintain customer order details accurately within relevant systems and portals.
Validate service information, addresses, contact details, and product requirements.
Upload and manage required documentation where applicable.
Record supplier/carrier references and submission details within internal tracking systems.
Identify missing, incorrect, or unclear information and coordinate for resolution.
Adhere to documented procedures, service levels, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all processed orders.
Support basic order amendments and administrative updates as required.
Escalate portal issues, rejected submissions, or system-related concerns to the appropriate team.
Assign orders to the relevant Provisioning team for further processing.
