Outbound Telemarketer

WE are a growing BPO company located in Ayala Business Park. Over the last 5 years we have grown our business to offer a variety of services to the insurance industry in the USA. This growth has led to the need of an additional telemarketers to join our team.

OUTBOUND TELEMARKETER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cold calling people using a given phone number to offer services
  




• Using scripts to provide information about our services​
  




• Ask pertinent questions to gather client requirements
  




• Persuade the leads to be transferred to our clients by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
  




• Record the leads personal information accurately
  




• Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
  

Requirements

• With at least 6 months outbound call center experience or 1 year upselling experience.
  




• No minimum educational attainment required – we bank on your experience and expertise!
  




• Must absolutely love being in Sales and thrives in a performance-drive culture
  




• Professional level verbal and written English communication skills
  




• Skilled in multi-tasking and easily adapts in navigating multiple systems/tools
  




• Must be able to meet deadlines in fast-paced quickly changing environment
  




• Must have a pro-active approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  




• Preferably with proven track record of meeting sales quota
  




• Good command of English communication skills
  




• Comfortable making cold calls
  




• Willing to work on graveyard shifts and on holidays
  




• Willing to work onsite
