WE are a growing BPO company located in Ayala Business Park. Over the last 5 years we have grown our business to offer a variety of services to the insurance industry in the USA. This growth has led to the need of an additional telemarketers to join our team.
OUTBOUND TELEMARKETER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cold calling people using a given phone number to offer services
Using scripts to provide information about our servicesâ
Ask pertinent questions to gather client requirements
Persuade the leads to be transferred to our clients by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
Record the leads personal information accurately
Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
With at least 6 months outbound call center experience or 1 year upselling experience.
No minimum educational attainment required â we bank on your experience and expertise!
Must absolutely love being in Sales and thrives in a performance-drive culture
Professional level verbal and written English communication skills
Skilled in multi-tasking and easily adapts in navigating multiple systems/tools
Must be able to meet deadlines in fast-paced quickly changing environment
Must have a pro-active approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Preferably with proven track record of meeting sales quota
Good command of English communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls
Willing to work on graveyard shifts and on holidays
Willing to work onsite
