Now, we're looking for a Partnership Officer. As a Partnership Officer, you are toexecute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, such as corporate clients, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
• Negotiate and close partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with corporate clients and other potential customers.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activities and develop effective strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, brand partnerships, field marketing, or community engagement.
• Demonstrated experience conducting on-ground field activities, activation events, and face-to-face engagements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact, communicate, and build rapport with bikers / rider partners and field operational teams.
