What You Will Be Doing
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity across payroll systems
Supporting the preparation of standard payroll reports and reconciliations

Keeping payroll data confidential and compliant with data privacy requirements
Contributing to process improvement by flagging errors, inefficiencies, or opportunities to streamline tasks
Staying current with payroll procedures, system updates, and relevant legislative changes
What You Bring
Experience in payroll administration or a related finance or HR operations role
Basic understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and confidence responding clearly to payroll queries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and willingness to learn payroll systems quickly
