Job Description - Payroll & Workforce Administrator

Responsibilities

Process Australian payroll accurately and on time.
Manage workforce administration and timekeeping records.
Complete payroll reconciliations and prepare regular labour reporting.
Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
Monitor and respond to email inquiries via the payroll inbox.
Maintain regular phone calls/contact with the Finance team.

Requirements

2+ years of Australian payroll experience is strongly preferred, including award-based payroll, superannuation, taxation, salary sacrificing, and enterprise agreements.
3+ years of local and/or international payroll experience can be considered
Experience with Tanda or similar Australian payroll platforms.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of attention to detail

Work Arrangement

Work Setup: On-site
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine 9 hours work, inclusive of one 1 hour lunch break
