About the Job:

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client's Pioneer Pharmaceutical Account and support payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll processes. In this role, you will apply your payroll expertise, handle sensitive employee information, collaborate with stakeholders, and help maintain high standards of service and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute payroll activities accurately and in line with established processes and requirements.
• Ensure payroll transactions meet quality, compliance, and SLA requirements.
• Apply knowledge of payroll fundamentals, systems, laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Review and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Handle sensitive and confidential employee and business information with discretion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address payroll concerns and support service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established payroll procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in an SME or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals and processes.
• Knowledge of payroll ERP systems, payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant payroll systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a day shift schedule.
• Can start immediately or within short notice.
