Job Description

• Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuringhe development of high-quality applications.
• Implement and customize Pega Platform solutions, utilizing your strong understanding of Pega development best practices.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assess the impact of the integration requirements to the technical architecture and specify the integration service requirements.
• Identify cross-team issues, and communicate them to the appropriate team leads.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Pega applications.
• Required Skill: Minimum of 2 years work experience in Pega P latform.
• With Experience in Java Enterprise Edition, jQuery, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions, including case management, data modeling, and user interface development.
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with PRPC Security, packaging and deployment
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• This position is based in Cebu.
