People Services Advisor, EMEA

• Manage incoming HR cases and ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Handle complex HR tasks, projects, and Tier 2 escalations while providing expert guidance.
• Support HR operations activities, including reporting, documentation maintenance, and process improvements.
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities and contribute to training and development of HR team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Services or a similar role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similar, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer-service skills, with knowledge of HR practices and labor law preferred.
