Profile Summary:

The Pharmacist is responsible for handling, dispensing, and safe distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products for an E-Commerce distributor and enabling company. The role involves supporting compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper storage and quality of medications, and aiding in the timely fulfillment of online orders.

Major Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Operations/Dispensing

• Assist in receiving, storing, handling and dispensing pharmaceutical according to regulatory and organizational guidelines.


• Support the review of prescriptions for accuracy, correct dosages, interactions, and proper usage.


• Report any adverse drug reactions or product quality concerns to the Pharmacist or relevant authority.

Inventory & Storage Management

• Help monitor stock levels and maintain proper storage conditions for medications and cosmetics, with coordination to the Pharmacist and Demand Planner.


• Maintain records of drug movements, batch numbers, and expiration dates.

Regulatory Compliance & Customer Support

• Support record-keeping and compliance with FDA and PRC regulations.


• Collaborate with Customer Service to address medication-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy with an active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License


• With more than three (3) year of related work experience in Retail or Hospital Pharmacy, Product and Inventory Management


• Skilled in dispensing prescription and OTC medications, verifying orders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.


• Familiar with inventory management, online order fulfillment, and use of digital pharmacy/ecommerce platforms.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide basic telephonic or online medication guidance.


• Knowledgeable in records retention policies and capable of developing and updating local procedures to align with current practices, improve operational processes, and analyze opportunities for process improvements.


• Skilled in identifying, documenting, and managing adverse events and medication-related reactions.


• Amenable to work on-site with a shifting schedule at Binan, Laguna
