Plant Sr. Accountant (Manufacturing)

We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Sr. Accountant supports the Finance Controller in all aspects of manufacturing and cost accounting, providing accurate financial analysis, strong cost control, and reliable insights that drive plant performance. You will manage product costing, inventory, CAPEX, and internal controls while partnering closely with plant operations.\n\nManufacturing \u0026 Cost Accounting\n\n * Support monthly closing, weekly estimates, monthly forecast, and annual budget.\n * Maintain accurate standard costs and integrate new initiatives into the Product Costing process.\n * Conduct detailed variance analysis and lead cost control efforts.\n\n\n\nFinancial \u0026 Operational Analysis\n\n * Track plant KPIs and follow up on performance gaps.\n * Provide timely financial insights to Plant Managers and operations leaders.\n * Support cost reduction, productivity, and new product development projects.\n\n\n\nInventory \u0026 Fixed Asset Management\n\n * Perform material/inventory analysis, cycle and physical counts, and SAP cost updates.\n * Manage fixed assets from CIP monitoring to capitalization and count activities.\n\n\n\nCAPEX \u0026 Budget Support\n\n * Provide financial analysis for capital investment proposals.\n * Monitor actual CAPEX spending versus plan.\n\n\n\nCompliance \u0026 Internal Controls\n\n * Ensure adherence to US \u0026 PH GAAP, PEZA, tax, customs, and regulatory requirements.\n * Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness.\n\n\n\nTeam \u0026 Business Support\n\n * Provide full finance support when the Finance Controller is unavailable.\n * Prepare clear, accurate reports and analysis for business decisions.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accountancy.\n\n * 5+ years of costing and manufacturing finance experience.\n\n * Strong knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel, US \u0026 PH GAAP, and PEZA practices.\n\n * Experience in tax, customs, treasury, and regulatory compliance.\n\n * Strong analytical skills, communication ability, and attention to detail.\n\n * Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\n * Solid background in inventory, materials analysis, and audit processes.\n\n * Amenable to work in a full onsite setup in LISP 3, Sto.
