Who You’ll Be Working With:
 

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following:

• Leading the discovery sessions for any new initiative

• Leading the RFI/RFP process for selecting vendors needed for a buy initiative

• Working with Legal for contract negotiations and ensures the vendor engagements are to the company's advantage.

• Working with Procurement for commercial negotiations. Platform manager needs to ensure that the commercial model is to the company's advantage.

• Governing the overall Platform Lifecycle - Feasibility, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decom/Migration/Replacement

• Ensuring that the platform investment & vendor engagement are maximized 

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager

• With at least 3 years stakeholder management experience.

• Experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (either bank or non-bank) is preferred

• Strong background on the following: Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting / Platform Design & Delivery / Platform Lifecycle Management / Service & Operations Management
