Lead and Own New Products Development

1. Identify market needs and trends to develop innovative product constructs for different customer segments (students, seafarers, travelers, etc)

2. Collaborates with product teams to design and launch new offerings, Defines product features pricing models, and value propositions for different segments involving cash loans, BNPL, and revolving credit.


Business Integration Across Multiple Products

Drives business alignment and strategic integration across different lending products, collaborating with Products, Business Development, Sales and Customer Lifecycle Teams.


Project & Product  Management

1. Tracks and ensures new products are delivered on-time, on-scope, and on budget.

2. Ensure Product-Market fit by tracking KPIs of new segments. 

3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support product development and successful launches.
