Process Maintenance Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

- Repairs and maintains all production equipment to ensure machine operational readiness at all times and prolong life expectancy of all processing equipment and machineries.

- Performs procedures and instructions prescribed by the company’s/plants Quality, Environment and Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP standards

BASIC QUALIFICATION

1. EDUCATION

• a graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics/Communications Engineering, preferably with PRC License

2. WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• At least with 1 year related work experience in maintenance works preferably from a manufacturing/ processing firm.


• With experience in the installation, operation and maintenance of food processing equipment.


• With competencies in Drawing and Drafting, Mechanical Planning and Design, Electrical Planning and Design, Project Management, Maintenance Planning & Control, Electrical Maintenance & Mechanical, Electronics & Instrumentation Maintenance & Troubleshooting


• Proficiency in the use of computer


• Has knowledge on the applicable GMP/PRP, HACCP and food safety programs in his assigned area/activities
