A day in the life of...

• Drive performance with a focus on customer centricity, operational efficiency, and process optimization across all Master Data operations.


• Act as the single point of contact for Measures, Operational Master Plans (OMPs), and performance reviews, ensuring visibility and alignment across all Master Data operations.


• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity, and standardization across all Master Data operations.


• Analyze operational and master data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.


• Provide actionable insights and performance reporting to support decision-making, productivity delivery, capacity optimization, and efficiency improvements.


• Support local and global initiatives by ensuring alignment of improvement programs, measures, and automation opportunities with business priorities.


• Drive the identification, prioritization, and implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives to improve performance and service quality across all Master Data operations.


• Monitor KPIs and performance measures, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues impacting operational performance.

What will make you successful...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives


• Knowledge of master data management, KPIs, performance measures, and reporting


• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenStrong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix environment


• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is an advantage
