Process Technical Support

Description

Qualifications:

1. Minimum: High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Advantage: Vocational / technical course graduate in related field (e.g., Electronics, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing)
2. At least 2 years experience as Manufacturing/Process / Production or Quality Technician or technical support.
3. Knowledgeable in production process With good communication skills.
4. Knows basic Microsoft Office tools.
5. Keen to details and can work with minimal supervision after training, with good analytical skills to identify root cause analysis.
6. Willing to work on shifting schedule and work on holidays or weekends.
7. Advantage if have background on: (1) root cause analysis, (2) FMEA, (3) statically analysis, and similar Quality/Engineering tools.
