Process Trainer

Available Site Assignment: 

• Pasay
• Alabang

• Responsible for processing transactions as per SLA and providing process training, coaching and mentoring for agents of specified tasks.
• Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
• Deliver process training for the new hires and existing staff for the particular process
• Manage an effective system for process updates as and query handling for other agents

Role Specific Skills:

• Good process knowledge as per the specific process
• Should be able to provide coaching and mentoring to agents
• Must have in-person and virtual facilitation experience

Desirable Skills:

• Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment.
• Must be open to continuous learning and has the ability to make sound decisions
• Should have at least exeperience in creating and updating training curriculum
• Should have the drive and maturity to handle all process training related responsibilities.
• Certification in adult learning methodology is required (we interpret this as that they must be a qualified trainer)

Education Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of College

Work Experience Requirements:

• Total trainer experience should be minimum of 2 years
