Product Head - Global Pay, Freelancers, and Connected Travel

You will be responsible for the following:

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap across:

• International Payments (Scan, Card, Tap, ATM/POS/online)

• Freelancer & Cross-Border Pay (PayPal, Payoneer, VUA, employer/client flows)

• Connected Travel (GTravel, tourist payments, Voyager integrations)

Own portfolio prioritization, balancing growth, monetization, and experience improvements across all verticals

Lead and manage product verticals (Payments, Freelancer, Travel) through Product Managers and Leads

Partner with commercial, partnerships, and marketing teams

Oversee end-to-end customer journeys, including paying abroad, receiving cross-border income and booking and paying for travel

Drive resolution of critical product and ecosystem issues such as Payment failures and inconsistencies (e.g., card, ATM, QR acceptance), Partner dependencies and escalations and Cross-border settlement and experience gaps

Collaborate with technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives

Align with external partners (e.g., Visa, Alipay, PayPal, Payoneer, travel providers) to shape product capabilities and integrations

Establish and track KPIs across all product lines, ensuring performance visibility and accountability

Act as a key stakeholder in executive discussions on product direction, investments, and trade-offs

We are looking for the following:

• Strong product and business leadership mindset, with ability to own outcomes beyond feature delivery

• Deep understanding of cross-border ecosystems, including payments, remittance/freelancer flows, and travel platforms (preferred)

• Ability to operate across multiple business models (transaction-based, marketplace, platform)

• Excellent stakeholder and partner management, especially across external ecosystems

• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• High ownership and accountability for end-to-end customer and business outcomes

• Ability to navigate complex, multi-party environments with dependencies (networks, wallets, providers)

• Strong communication and executive presence
