Product Officer

• Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms
  


• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  


• Maintain product specs, pricing, and documentation
  


• Assist in product bundling, positioning, and pricing strategies
  


• Support Sales, Marketing, and Projects with product knowledge and technical input
  


• Participate in client presentations and proposal support
  


• Coordinate forecasting, ordering, and supply monitoring
  


• Prepare product reports and market insights
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
  


• 3 years of experience in product management, sourcing, or technical sales support
  


• Experience in supplier negotiation required; tech solutions background is a plus
  


• Knowledge of hardware (LED displays, LFDs, touchscreens, computing systems)
  


• Familiarity with software solutions (e.g., kiosks, wayfinding systems)\
  


• Strong skills in pricing, sourcing, and product lifecycle management
  


• Proficient in Google Workspace; strong data analysis and reporting skills
