Production Engineer

The Feed Mill Engineer will be assigned in the following tasks:

• FME (Feed Mill Engineer) will operate and maintain the different equipment in Feed Milling operation and shall ensure the optimum operation and utilization of all equipment and utilities.


• Compliance to quality plans, policies and standards throughout the manufacturing process.


• Ensure continuous operation and optimize efficiency of the plant. Make sure that all daily targets are met in conformance with quality standards.


• Ensure availability of Quality Feeds at the right time.


• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure 100% availability of equipment.


• Analyze data to further improve the overall performance of the Feed Mill plant.


• Record all data for analysis for further improvement of the plant and for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical Engineer.


• Must have a basic knowledge in Feed Mill equipment operation and maintenance.


• Must have demonstrated leadership skill.


• Must be good both in oral and written communication.


• Must be computer literate and should have knowledge of basic programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint applications


• Must be able to act ethically and honestly, with fairness and without considerations for personal gain in all dealings with fellow team members; treats people with respect; keep commitments; inspires the trust of others; upholds organizational values; complies with the company’s Code of Ethics.


• Must have demonstrated leadership skills
