Production Manager

GrainPro Support and Production is currently recruiting for the position of Production Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and standard.


• Strategically plan an increase in the company's productivity by making optimum use of the available resources.


• Accountable for meeting the department’s production and quality goals, as well as playing the key role in meeting the company-wide profitability and customer satisfaction.


• Create a time-bound production schedule and make sure that the manufacturing is timely and standardized.


• Minimize “throughout time” and “work in process inventory” which can be achieved by systematic production planning and also by very efficient execution of the plan.


• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.


• Forecast the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target.


• Assure that all work performed is in accordance with the quality assurance requirements stated in the Quality Manual.


• Assure that all production personnel are trained as applicable, for the work they perform.


• Coordinate elevated issues of non-conformance to the QA Manager.


• Ensure all inspection tests/reports are accurate and documented.


• Ensure status of nonconforming products are properly labeled, coordinated and reported to all concerned.


• Responsible for overseeing the quality of work performed by the Production Supervisor.


• Monitor compliance of preventive maintenance of all applicable quality control measurement and test instrument/equipment.


• Ensure that policies stated in the Quality Manual are followed for all work performed by the Production Personnel.


• Monitoring of production OTP, and reporting regularly to management on its effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering graduate or any 4-year related course


• With experience in production operations


• With good interpersonal skills


• Computer Literate


• Proficient in English communication both in speaking and writing


• Can work with minimal supervision
