Production Packaging Engineer

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading global producer of industrial minerals in their search for a Production Packaging Engineer based in Cavite.

Salary Range: ₱34,000

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Compressed Work week: M-Th 12 hours; Fri 8 hours

Location: Cavite

Your Responsibilities:

What we're looking for:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, production equipment, and packaging machines


• Proficient in Human Machine Interface (HMI) operations and adjusting machine parameters


• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, including conveyors, pneumatic systems, rotary valves, and packaging machines


• Skilled in equipment inspection and preventive maintenance


• Computer literate

Soft Skills:

• Experience in supervising or coordinating teams


• Flexible to work extended or compressed shifts


• Able to collaborate effectively with peers and subordinates

Work Environment:

• Knowledgeable about health & safety practices


• Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment
