We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Bulacan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and inventory management, ensuring efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.

What You'll Do:
Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Conduct regular reviews of production plans to adjust for changes in demand or capacity.
Prepare reports on production performance metrics for management review.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in planning software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
