Planning
the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring
progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated
implementation is required

·     Over
8 years of experience in IT development and/or solution delivery for financial
services

·     Experienced
in implementing Cash Management solution/s in financial institutions

·     Deep
technology background with good understanding of SW and Vendor landscapes

·        Project management skills around
planning, risk management and issue management

·        Strong written and spoken communication
skills

·        Strong leadership skills and experience
managing cross-functional teams

·        Excellent communication, negotiation,
and stakeholder management skills

·        Act as the primary liaison
between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure
clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships

·        Experienced in implementing
Loan Origination Loan Management in financial institutions

·        Identify and monitor risks
and issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures
including working with teams to develop solution options

·        Provide comprehensive
reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management
and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums
