Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports the implementation of the project’s document management platform by reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify the inputs required to produce BIM/VDC deliverables. This role focuses on combing through drawing sets and project documents to determine what information is required to create accurate and constructable models and 2D coordination deliverables. Using the project document management system, the analyst documents relationships between project inputs (drawings, RFIs, submittals, vendor information) and downstream deliverables to improve visibility, reduce rework, and support better planning across project teams.
