They are currently seeking a highly structured Project Manager to step into a fast-paced delivery environment and take ownership of their specialized wireless project workflow.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to a Brisbane-based Head of Project Delivery and working closely with a dedicated team of five network engineers, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of high-volume, repeatable wireless design and site survey projects. Your core focus will be managing the fast-paced influx of bookings and keeping scheduling tools meticulously updated.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Schedule and Resource Optimization: Maintain and review the Kantata online scheduling tool daily to accurately allocate engineering assets and manage 15–20 active jobs simultaneously
- Timeline and Scope Control: Track day-to-day project progress against well-defined milestones, managing frequent booking adjustments seamlessly to ensure on-time delivery
- Financial and Administrative Tracking: Review and update individual project plans, budgets, and forecasts weekly, ensuring accurate time recording and prompt billing
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a clear, proactive point of contact for engineers and stakeholders, facilitating smooth coordination and rapid conflict resolution
- Quality and Compliance Management: Review project deliverables for completeness and assist in compiling mandatory WHS and quality documentation (such as SWMS)
What You’ll Bring
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment
- Unmatched Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, rapidly shifting schedules, and tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with professional project management and resource scheduling software alongside advanced MS Excel skills
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a confident track record of collaborating with overseas management and technical teams
- Methodology Awareness: A solid understanding of structured project lifecycles, progress tracking, and risk registers (Waterfall or Agile frameworks).stakeholders
Bonus Points For:
- Previous experience managing projects within telecommunications, IT networking, wireless deployment, or engineering services
- Experience coordinating regional logistics, travel arrangements, or field engineer dispatches
