Project Overview

We are looking for a qualified Structural Engineer based in or near Angeles City, Pampanga, to assess an existing two-story office building and provide recommendations for the necessary structural reinforcement.

The selected engineer will coordinate with our management team, conduct an on-site assessment, explain the proposed structural solutions, and provide a quotation for the required engineering services.

Responsibilities

  Conduct an on-site structural assessment of an existing two-story office building.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate the building's current structural condition and identify potential reinforcement requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend appropriate structural reinforcement solutions based on professional assessment.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide structural calculations, design plans, technical specifications, or other engineering deliverables as required.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare a quotation for the proposed engineering services and estimated timeline.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with management regarding project requirements and technical recommendations.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with relevant structural engineering experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in structural assessment, retrofitting, reinforcement, or renovation of existing buildings.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with commercial or office buildings is an advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Able to provide a portfolio or references for previously completed projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Based in or able to service Angeles City, Pampanga.

  
  


• 
  

  Available for an initial meeting and on-site inspection.
