Real Time Analyst

Job Description:

Full understanding of RTA/Workforce tools
Highly proficient in MS office tools
Inputs daily exception request and update schedules
Monitors and Manage site activities to support service level agreements.
Reviews intra-day staffing requirements and schedules
Maintaining records of employee attendance and tardiness for payroll purposes
Managing staff schedules, including creation of new schedules or adjustments to existing ones
Analyzing data to determine staffing needs and workflow patterns to recommend changes to improve efficiency.
Coordinating with management to ensure effective use of staff resources.
