Job Description - Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist executives, VIPs, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous
  • manner.
  • Manage the executive lobby reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and
  • presentable workspace.
  • Receive, screen, and endorse visitors following company security and access protocols.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and documents.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed by executives and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, Customer Service
  • Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

    Setup: Onsite
    Location: Taguig City
