Job Description - Recruitment Specialist (Crewing exp) | Mon-Fri | AM Shift | Office-Based

Role Overview:


We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment operations, mobilisation activities, and workforce onboarding for an Australian engineering and construction business servicing the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors.



This role plays a key part in ensuring candidates are mobilised efficiently, compliance requirements are met, and recruitment processes run smoothly from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support recruitment delivery and candidate management across the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Chase leads, follow up with clients, and close the loop on feedback, updates, and next steps.

  • Support business development activities as part of the recruitment function, including lead follow-up and client engagement.

  • Coordinate mobilisation activities, including flights, accommodation, onboarding, compliance, and deployment requirements.

  • Monitor mobilisation progress and provide timely updates to candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, compliance records, and recruitment documentation.

  • Manage recruitment and mobilisation inboxes, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Review and coordinate medicals, training requirements, certifications, and other mobilisation-related documentation.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and recruitment-related documentation with a high level of accuracy.



What We’re Looking For:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment administration, recruitment coordination, mobilisation, or related experience.

  • Experience supporting workforce mobilisation, including onboarding, compliance, documentation, medicals, certifications, and training coordination.

  • Exposure to construction, engineering, marine, crewing, manpower agency, or related industries is preferred.

  • Australian recruitment experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow up with clients, chase leads, and manage recruitment activities through to completion.

  • Transferable business development skills, with willingness to be guided in both recruitment delivery and business development activities.

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems or workforce management tools.

  • Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
