Job Description - Regional Director of Human Resources - #35025

Our client is a business-to-business (B2B) solutions provider based in the US that supports manufacturers by supplying specialized materials essential for production. Rather than producing these materials themselves, the company acts as a trusted partner between global material manufacturers and industrial clients, helping source products such as adhesives, sealants, coatings, solder, and other specialty materials. These solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, electronics, transportation, energy, and general manufacturing, ensuring that clients have access to the right materials needed to build and maintain high-performance products.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Regional Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy across multiple locations within a designated region. This executive position is responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace, and serving as a trusted advisor to both local and regional leadership. The role requires close alignment and support of the company’s global strategic HR initiatives, programs, and policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee HR operations for all sites within the region, ensuring consistent implementation of the policies, procedures, and values.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor HR strategies that support organizational growth, talent retention, and employee engagement.
  • Align and support global HR initiatives, programs, and policies, collaborating with the corporate HR team to successfully roll out company-wide strategies and maintain compliance with global standards.
  • Partner with management to identify workforce needs, implement effective recruitment and onboarding programs, and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain strong employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment that reflects the culture of respect, equity, and collaboration.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and guidance to managers, and facilitate employee development and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, federal, and global regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic change.
  • Support organizational change, mergers, and acquisitions by managing employee transitions and maintaining morale.

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Experience working for international companies. (Open to any industry experience.)
  • Have handled at least one large site.
  • Must have HRIS system exposure.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate teams, drive change, and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to support business decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Will follow European time which is 11am-7pm Philippine time

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
