YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Background in science, engineering, or any related field

With a minimum of 3 years of experience handling related tasks in a similar environment (Reliability lab) 

Must have basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes

With knowledge on different REL machines

Proficient in MS office applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point

YOUR ROLE

Lead the REL monitoring team

Knows and understands the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots

Load and unload different REL machines

Perform legwork assigned without supervision

Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation

Prepare and provide reports

Communicate with internal customers

Prepare loading plans

Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval
