About the Company
We are a premier designer and manufacturer of high-quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Our extensive product line includes faucets, sinks, bathtubs, shower systems, vanities, and accessories across design styles ranging from traditional and vintage-inspired to sleek, modern aesthetics.
To support our rapidly growing direct-to-consumer online business and global network of retailers, dealers, and trade professionals, we are adding a dedicated AI Lifestyle Photo Editor to our creative team. This role focuses on scaling high-volume, realistic lifestyle imagery across our marketing channels, retail listings, and digital catalogs.
Role Overview
As an AI Lifestyle Photo Editor, you will drive high-volume image creation by blending modern AI generative tools with professional photo editing software. You will place our physical products into beautifully styled, realistic kitchen and bathroom environments while maintaining strict fidelity to actual product dimensions, finishes, and design details.
While core AI image workflows and internal formulas will be trained in-house, candidates must bring a strong creative background, an eye for interior design, and deep proficiency in digital compositing and retouching.
Seamlessly composite real product renders/photos into AI-generated scenes, ensuring proper scale, perspective, lighting, shadow placement, and reflections.
Retouch and color-correct scenes to ensure natural textures, consistent color temperatures, and cohesive lighting.
Clean up and fix common generative AI anomalies (e.g., warped geometry, impossible architectural structures, unwanted artifacts).
Batch export and organize final digital assets formatted for web, e-commerce listings, social media, and print catalogs.
3. Product Accuracy & Brand Consistency
Ensure every final asset matches physical product specs—including precise finish colors (brushed brass, matte black, polished chrome, brushed nickel), handle styles, logo placements, and proportions.
Uphold Kingston Brass visual brand standards across all asset channels.
Conduct self-audits before final delivery to maintain low revision rates.
4. Workflow & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and creative lead teams (including team leads in California and Asia).
Maintain structured file naming conventions and digital asset management (DAM) organization.
Stay up to date with emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to continuously improve production efficiency and render quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in photo editing, retouching, compositing, graphic design, or digital imaging.
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (including Generative Fill, advanced masking, multi-layer compositing, and color correction).
Creative Eye: Proven background in interior design, home styling, or architectural visualization with a sharp sense for lighting, perspective, and realism.
Product Fidelity: Extreme attention to detail regarding metal finishes, product proportions, and fine hardware details.
Remote Readiness: Dedicated remote workspace, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a workstation capable of smoothly running high-resolution Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or Photoshop Generative Workspace.
Prior experience working with high-volume e-commerce product catalogs or home improvement, fixture, or furniture brands.
Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, or 3D rendering/product visualization software.
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume production environment with quick turnarounds.
What This Role Offers
Emerging Technology: Hands-on experience scaling production workflows using state-of-the-art AI image tools and specialized company formulas.
Global Creative Impact: Your work will directly power Kingston Brass product pages, national campaigns, dealer listings, and printed media.
Stability: A long-term, full-time remote position within an established, design-led manufacturing organization.
