You will engage with customers through Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, strengthen brand relationships through meaningful interactions, support customer concerns, and help create a positive and engaging community experience. You will also contribute by identifying customer insights, tracking community trends, and supporting the brand’s mission-driven and sustainability-focused messaging.
