We are reinventing consumer credit. We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into people’s assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card – backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

Who are we?

We are a well-capitalized (over $250MM in equity funding) team of technology (Square, Microsoft, Facebook) and finance (Discover, CapitalOne, Goldman Sachs) executives with top-tier investors – Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Max Levchin, NYCA, Sequoia, SciFi VC, Caffeinated Capital, etc.

Our team includes people who have built:

• Financial products (Square/CashApp, the earliest CapitalOne credit cards)

• Consumer products (Internet.org, Xbox)

• Technology infrastructure (Visual Studio, Windows & Azure, helped design the C++ & C# languages)

• Mathematics & science infrastructure (computational research at NASA’s JPL)

Responsibilities:

● Take ownership of compliance projects and aggressively drive the execution of remediation plans across various business units.

● Serve as the primary liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.

● Maintain a centralized ledger of all compliance-related projects and relentlessly follow through with stakeholders to ensure action items are completed on time.

● Partner with Ops leaders to engineer fail-safes and guardrails directly into daily workflows to prevent regulatory violations.

● Rapidly identify, escalate, and resolve operational drift or bottlenecks before they become compliance risks.

Qualifications:

● 2–4 years of experience in Compliance Operations, Risk Management, or Operations Project Management within a fintech or highly regulated environment.

● Relentless execution-focused mindset with a proven track record of driving complex projects to completion.

● Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional coordination across Legal, Ops, and Engineering teams.

● Working knowledge of consumer lending regulations and how they impact daily operations.

● Experience managing complex workflows in Jira, Asana, Zendesk, or similar task-management platforms.

● Experience in a technology-first environment

● Quick learner who is willing to take on new challenges

● Strong orientation to deadline and detail

● Organization and Time Management skills are a must

● Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to embrace and champion our core values

● Flexibility to work US Pacific time 8AM to 5PM (with a 1-hour break time in between)

● Must be based in the Philippines
